The Purpose of the Grief Ministry Team is to provide a safe place to mourn in the parish community and to provide shared comfort and understanding. As needed, the team facilitates small group support sessions for those wanting assistance in the grieving process. The Grief Ministry Team of Holy Disciples Parish hosts, twice a year, special Masses on Memorial Day and All Souls Day with a candle lighting ceremony in memory of the death of a loved one(s).
