This ministry helps support the mission of the parish by reaching out to those who are unable to attend Mass and receive Communion due to illness, age, or other circumstances The ministry covers different functions as needed:

• Communion and visits to hospitals & the homebound
• Mass & Communion service at Silver Creek and Willows retirement centers
• Communion service at Alterra Clare Bridge nursing home
